We need help!!!

hi, there r some guys working on a WW1 game called Verdun-online, the y need help !!!!!
this r the conditions
Support & Open positions
Verdun is a game developed by enthousiast from all kinds of disiplines. Do you want to be part of this? We are currently especially looking for new talents in the following areas:
Weapon Artists: Who should have experience with both modeling and texturing.
C++ Programmers: Preferably with some experience in ogre3D, and you should be eager to learn.
Community managers: Multilangual (French or German)
Historicians: Historicaly assist the development team.

Weapon Artists
Has experience with any 3D program and is capable of modeling weapons at a level of detail which is common for games.
Experience with Photoshop, or comparable 2D programs and is capable of producing quality metal and wood textures.
C++ Programmers
Has an interest in creating games and 3D possibilities, eager to learn and team-orientated. Experience with ogre3D is not required but would proof to be very usefull.
Community Managers
We are looking for highly dedicated community managers to involve the community more into the stages of development. Also the managers should be able to control English plus either French or German.
Historician
A historician must have alot of knowledge about Verdun and/or WWI in general. And thus is able to assist the team on request with weapon specifications, idea's for level design and profides background information for the fans.
