Well, compared with the frequency of my visits here before the service, I'd say I'm pretty inactive nowadays since I can only shortly pop by on weekends. If even then.

But yea, even with the sevice being sucky and frustrating most of the time it's fun with all the nice people who I get, or have, to live with there.
Moreover, the food is fine, the conditions are fine on international scales, people are fine and I get paid a reasonable amount of money.. So it's not all bad.

Yeah that's nice to hear. Try to have the most fun out of it! You can read a book or drama when you're off duty Wink

Meh, I was the United Kingdom, infact everyone had to do Military Service .
It gives people life experience and also puts wrong people right possibly giving them a future.
I'd love to do it, but its not something I'm going to enroll for.

A little update for you guys. As if anyone cared, though, but anyway.. It's been damn cold, going down to minus 38 degrees celcius, but otherwise everything's going fine so far. Also, it's been confirmed now that I'll serve for 362 days, so my inactivity will last 'till January 2012. I'll try and pop in every once a while, and you guys will have to try to keep the board alive while I'm here. :p

I would have had a chance to serve six months but I choose to stay there for a whole year.
Serving for a year gives me advantages concerning my future studies and, more importantly, fits my future schedule better.

Good luck, one whole year is a pretty long time.
