I think this varies a lot from person to person.

Each of mine took less then 3 min to remove, was painless and I had no need for painkillers the days after they had been yanked out by the military dentist.

haha same here, I'm 22 but haven't got any of those yet

but if sole Paracetamol does not help, you can buy one of those Paracetamol/Codeine mixtures. It's way stronger. If you're really desperate you can ask your dentist about it.

^or try out Ibuprofen as well. When I had mononucleosis (and also when my leg was broken) I took the maximum amount of Paracetamol and Ibuprofen daily. I also used that Paracetamol/Codeine mixature from time to time.

I have one coming through the skin and a couple coming soon, but this far the dentist has said that they'll fit OK in my mouth so as of the moment there'll be no need to remove those from my mouth.

Get well soon, Falcon Smile

I checked last summer if I needed to pull them..
He looked at the x-rays for a second and said "Ye they have to get out, call me when you would like to make an appointment with the <guys who pull them out which I can't remember name because it is not the dentist who does it>."
..
I still haven't made an appointment. I guess it still doesn't bother me much.. I should probably call him to make an appointment.. I hate phone calls..

Yea.. The doctor told me to call and make an appointment when/if any pain begins to appear close to the wisdom teeth

uhu the dentist doesnt do it that often. only if they can pull them but mostly ( like in my case) has to cut them out with piece of your gum and jaw if im right.. but it grows back on -.- but its annoying because it feels now like i have something to eat in my mouth (left) the whole time... ah well

I got 1 coming through on my upper right jaw. I don't know if it'll fit but as long as it doesn't hurt I don't want to see a dentist.
