Supplements are just like eating a large steak for dinner.
ofc you dont need them if you eat huge protein meals everyday, but it helps.

+by bulk, i meant fat.
didnt mean taking supplements.

Already got enough fat. ;P
I don't change my food pattern because I don't work out like every day (2 to 3 days a week). Extra proteins won't really help that much then =P It's all about using them right, right?! =D
Personally I never experienced any problems. Muscles seem to grow gradually. Slowly but steady. =)

well, after working out have a protein snack, even nuts will do the trick.

Sleeping, exercising and eating/drinking much water will do the job just fine.
You can drink a protein drink after the gym as well, but that's completely up to you. If so, buy Gainomax since it has carbohydrate and protein which is good for your age. Eat meals with lots of pasta and meat Very Happy

Haha, nope. I have high (combustion), so I can eat lots of fat food without gaining much in weight.
I am 190 cm tall and weighs 80 kg so I'm definitely not undernourished, though

My BMI is 22.2

Overweight is above 25
