That series was ownage! I love the way they do all the fighting without violence, unlike in the newer TMNT cartoon.
The original one didn't teach kids violence which the newer one does.

If you've watched carefully they don't actually fight and hit with their weapons, at least not much. And when they do, it's brilliantly made look non-violent.

It's another story with the newer TMNT, curse upon that war-provoker. Teaching kids violence. Evil or Very Mad

I played GTA since I was 7, I turned out to be a mentally stable and peaceful student.

So the exposure of violence towards kids is something which has to be interpreted pretty loosely.

Besides, the people who 'killed because of video games' had psychological problems.

Tbh, Government/parents/media use videogames too much as a scapegoat for violent acts. Load of BS propaganda IMO

I agree with you guys. I've played and watched violent entertainment since I was a kid and I can't imagine myself using it in real life.

However, it doesn't mean videogames and cartoons couldn't teach kids violence. Some kids are more exposed to media's influences and I'd say it largely depends on an individual wether they adapt violent deeds from entertainment.
