[TUTORIAL] Aqua

Okay I made a tutorial for this tag.. I really wanna help you guys out, so that you may learn some of my techniques etc.
I was about to sell but I changed my mind ten seconds after I posted on GameRenders. I will give for free to everyone, so enjoy!.

Also, please do not move this to the tutorial topic. I don't want it in there, as it will most likely not be viewed (I actually forgot all about that topic Razz)
