[REQUEST] Who makes animated userbars?

The one who knows the sectrets of animated userbars, you are to make me one.

-Pepsi Max -lover (with some Pepsi -related picture)
-Zelda -lover (with a Zelda -related picture)
-Star Wars -lover (With a Star Wars -related picture)
