I'm not so sure what you are trying to say.. If that's a community you're talking about and requesting us to be allies with you I recommend you to give some details/links concerning the community.
And I'm not sure how it goes between Clan-Community relationships in this clan. xD

Comunity's are not clans so you wont get my vote.
